Smoothie with apricot, banana and peach juice

For up to 4 people. In the bowl of a blender, bring 1 banana, peeled and cut into pieces, 8 apricots, pitted, 1 dozen ice cubes and 30 cl at 40 cl of peach juice (depending on the final texture desired). Mix extensively until you get a smooth mixture and enjoy without waiting.

Smoothie with apricot, peach and orange juice

For up to 4 people. Put in the bowl of a blender, 2 peaches , washed, pitted and cut in pieces, and 6 apricots pitted. Add 12 ice cubes, 30 cl of orange juice and mix extensively to get a smooth mixture. Please do not hesitate to add a bit of orange juice to get the texture more or less liquid as you like. Enjoy well chilled.

Smoothie with apricot, raspberry juice and cranberries

For up to 4 people. Mix in the bowl of a blender, 6 apricots, pitted, 200 g of fresh raspberries and 12 ice cubes. Little by little, pour in the juice of cranberries until you get the desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Smoothie with apricot, figs, yogurt

For up to 4 people. Drop it in the bowl of a blender, 4 figs,8 apricots, pitted and 12 ice cubes. Pour 2 yogurt velvety, and mix by pouring enough juice in the apricot to get the desired consistency. Taste and sweeten with honey or agave syrup (optional). Enjoy cold.

Smoothie with apricot, mango, anise and coconut milk

For up to 4 people. Infuse 2 star anise in 10 cl of coconut milk for 3 h. Filter. Mix together 1 mango, peeled and pitted, 8 apricots, pitted, 12 ice cubes and the coconut milk. While mixing, dilute juice of exotic fruits, until you obtain the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
