FLOOD-HIT Brits are set to be plunged into a -10C freeze with 10cm of snow as they were warned “the danger hasn’t passed”.
It comes after Storm Christoph caused misery with more to come this weekend as heavy snow and ice hampers the clean-up.
The Met Office has warned that weather will turn “more wintry” this weekend as the Storm moves eastwards, with a new yellow weather warning for snow and ice in place for the weekend.
The warning stretches across all of Wales, London, and most of England, and runs from 3am to 6pm on Sunday.
According to the forecaster, the cold snap this weekend could bring up to 10cm of snow to hard-hit areas, with travel disruption expected.
