“After a brief hospitalization, I’m now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while “The Talk” is on scheduled hiatus.

“As you can see, Carrie Ann is not here with us today. She found out this morning that she tested positive for Covid-19.

As the show does every year, the cast and crew will take the holidays off and resume on-air in January.

However, Eve will not be back after the break as she announced her departure from the CBS series last month.

Fresh faces Amanda Kloots and Elaine Welteroth will take her spot as the new full-time co-hosts.
