All of the five most popular overseas homes for sale on the property website – except one – have a price tag that runs into tens of millions of pounds.
They include a villa on Spain‘s Costa del Sol, which helped the boy band One Direction on their way to stardom as it was the location for Simon Cowell‘s judge’s house on the 2010 series of The X Factor.

It is priced at $39,995,000, the equivalent of £30.3million, and is being sold via American Farm & Ranch.

But you’ll need deep pockets to own this slice of paradise called Little Pipe Cay as it has a guide price of $85million, the equivalent of £64.55million.
There are several homes spread across the island, with nine bedrooms available in total and 38 acres of land.
The property is in a district of the Bahamas called Exuma, which is made up of more than 365 islands. The name may be familiar to those who have seen a documentary about the doomed Fyre Festival event in 2017 – although, that was held on Great Exuma.
