A BIT of a grey and misty start, but it brightens up with plenty of hazy sunshine and rising temperatures that reach 20 °C in one or two spots ahead of the long Easter weekend. A noticeable breeze makes eastern coastal parts feel fresher, cooler than inland.
The breeze will keep on Good Friday but any early mist or fog clears to sunny skies on a really warm day with temperatures into the early twenties. A hot, dry Easter weekend awaits with plenty of sunshine and temperatures of up to 25 °C. Easter Sunday could see light rain and cloud in the north.

UK outlook for Monday April 22 to Wednesday May 1
EASTER Monday may turn cooler across northern and western areas, with stronger winds and outbreaks of heavy rain. It stays dry with warm sunshine elsewhere.
Thereafter, we could perhaps get more changeable and generally less warm weather, at least for a time with showers or longer spells of rain and some periods with stronger winds.
However, some drier, brighter and warmer spells are still likely at times, these most probable across southern and southeastern parts.
Overall temperatures will still be close to average for late April, with some marked variations across the country at times.
