Tourista : our advice essential to avoid

The dietary changes disrupt our flora, and leads to the development of harmful germs, responsible of the tourista. Alternative medicine get a grip on the intestinal problems, usually due to a food poisoning or a bacterial infection. But if your condition does not improve in 48 hours or in case of dehydration (dry mouth, drowsiness, sunken eyes, urine scanty, etc), you need to consult quickly. Be wary of the child or the older person.

Good reflexes to avoid the tourista

-In an at-risk countries, drink only bottled water and sealed, which you will use also for brushing teeth. If you drink the tap water (in a tea for example), it should have been boiled beforehand. Always refuse ice in your drinks.

-Avoid raw fruits and vegetables as well as ice cream. The fresh products of warm countries naturally contain bacteria that our intestines of Europeans are not accustomed to.

-At the first sign of diarrhea, mix one teaspoon of green clay ultra-ventilated in a glass of bottled water (maximum 3 times per day). Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration and eat cooked carrots, white rice, applesauce or quince, bananas.

-Wash your systematically hands after going to the toilet, and finish off with a disinfectant gel. The highly contagious virus is spreading especially through the hands.

How to react as soon as the first signs ?

The solution homeopathy. Arsenicum album 5CH associated with Baptisia tinctoria 5CH and Phosphorus 9CH, one dose of each per day for 3 days. + Ipeca 5CH (2 granules 3 times per day) in the case of nausea and vomiting and Colocynthis 9CH (2 granules 3 times per day) against intestinal cramps.

The solution aromatherapy. Combine theET of Oregano compact (against infection) and the’HE Tarragon (antispasmodic and anti-nausea), a drop of each on a compressed neutral, 2 times per day for 5 days maximum.

The solution herbal medicine. Mother tincture of purple Loosestrife (25 drops mixed in a little water, 2 to 3 times per day) or Elusanes (2 capsules, 2 to 3 times per day).

Solutions to recover quickly

The solution homeopathy. China rubra 5CH (2 granules 3 times per day for 5 days), to make that faster recovery.

The solution micronutrition. Take probiotics (15 to 20 billion bacteria per sachet, or capsule) to reseed your intestinal flora. 1 to 2 doses per day for 2 to 3 days.

The solution oligothérapie. You can supplement by the intake of zinc (one dose per day for 4 to 5 days) to stimulate the renewal of intestinal cells.
