It follows a blazing row between the pair who sensationally returned to Towie this year after quitting to save their relationship.

Our insider said: “James went out with his mate on holiday and was gone for about six hours after telling Yaz he’d meet her three hours earlier.

“So she got pissed off with him and has posted that. They’re still together but not talking at the moment.”

It’s not the first time their relationship has been tested.

Intense couples therapy saved their relationship earlier this year after Yaz’s depression left them at breaking point.

Towie fans branded their relationship “abusive” and “toxic” following on-air arguments.

Today Yaz said: “Onwards and Upwards for me. I’ll be okay, times a healer”.

She shared the upbeat message with a quote from American TV show Grey’s Anatomy.

It read: “You didn’t love her. You just didn’t want to be alone.

“Or maybe, maybe she was just good for your ego.

“Or, or maybe she made you feel better about your miserable life, but you didn’t love her.

“Because you don’t destroy people you love.”

The post was deleted moments later.

Their relationship drama comes just months after they made an unexpected return to the ITVBe show.

The couple left Essex to focus on a new wellness retreat in Morocco, but surprised cast-mates at the series launch party in March.

James – known as Lockie – told The Sun Online at the time: “Some people have bad weeks, bad months, bad years and for us we had a bad year. But it hasn’t broken us and we’ve moved on from it.

“It’s made us stronger and more positive.”
