UN nuclear watchdog chief Yukiya Amano dies aged 72 after an undisclosed illness

U.N. NUCLEAR watchdog chief Yukiya Amano has died at the age of 72 due to a mysterious disclosed illness.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) made the announcement on Monday in a note to member states.

The IAEA secretariat said: “The Secretariat of the International Atomic Energy Agency regrets to inform with deepest sadness of the passing away of Director General Yukiya Amano.”
