Who is presenter Kate Quilton?
Kate Quilton is a 34-year-old TV presenter who also used to be Channel 4’s youngest ever commissioning boss.
She’s best-known for her shows Food Unwrapped and Superfoods: The Real Story, which she’s hosted since 2012 and 2015 respectively.
Kate began her journey to becoming a TV host when studying at Bristol University.
In the style of Supersize Me by Morgan Spurlock, she chose to eat just kebabs for a whole week and recorded the results, a story which got picked up by a national paper.
She worked for ITV and the BBC as a student before becoming a broadcast journalist in Somerset, working with farmers and talking mostly about food.
Then from 2010 to 2014 Kate was Channel 4’s youngest ever commissioning editor, winning a Bafta for her work in 2014, and currently manages The Food Hospital and Foxes Live.
After giving that prestigious role up Kate turned her full attention to presenting.
