When will Harry Kane return from injury, and is striker available for Tottenham vs Dortmund TONIGHT?

TOTTENHAM are desperate for striker Harry Kane to return after he was sidelined with an ankle injury following their 1-0 defeat to Manchester United last month.

Spurs have managed the loss of the striker admirably so far, picking up narrow victories over Fulham, Watford, Newcastle and Leicester but are desperate for their main man to return.

Harry Kane could be back sooner than expected

When will Harry Kane return from his injury?

There’s some good news on the horizon with Harry Kane potentially returning in two weeks.

But the striker will not face Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League tonight, having been left out of the squad.

The match at Burnley on February 23 or the league games against Chelsea and Arsenal afterwards are marked as the most likely dates for his return.

And he is almost certain to play in the return leg in Germany.

Kane said of his recovery: “It’s going well.

“I went away for some warm weather training and we’re stepping it up, [we will] see next week how we go, start to get the balls out and just see how the ankle reacts.

“I never put a time on any of my injuries. It is just about how it feels. The ankle feels great at the moment, so as long as the swelling stays away and we can keep progressing, that would be great.”
