Who is Love Island’s Chris Taylor?

Chris Taylor is a 28-year-old business development manager from Leicester, who credits his job for helping him with the ladies.

“I’ve been in sales for most of my life so I’m used to backing myself and fully explaining what I’m doing and how I’m doing it,” he explained.

The dishy salesman rates himself a 7.2 out of 10 and thinks he will make the perfect Islander as he considers himself to be “the full package”.

Speaking about his best and worst traits, he said: “I am confident, I have good banter, and I’m loving.

“I can be quite fiery, a bit stubborn and sometimes I can come across as a bit too hard to get sometimes.”

He had a little under a thousand followers on Instagram and only shared 52 posts prior to his Love Island debut.

Which of the girls in the villa is Chris Taylor’s type?

The Leicester-native only appears to have eyes for Maura Higgins, as he raved about the Irish grid girl and only her.

Of the stunning brunette, he said: “Maura, she is very interesting. She’s an absolute fireball and I’ve got that same side to me as well.

“She has loads of banter and seems very easy to get on with. It will be interesting to see if we clash or not.”

What does Chris Taylor think of the Islanders?

Chris is a huge fan of Anton Danyluk and cannot wait to give the gym-owner from Scotland a hug.

Also, he has taken a liking to Tyson Fury’s younger brother and 20-year-old professional boxer Tommy Fury.

However, he has his reservations about Curtis Pritchard and thinks he may be playing a game, as is Anna Vakili and Jordan Hames, according to him.

He said: “I think Curtis was trying to convince himself he liked Amy and then had a catalyst moment when he realised that he wasn’t that into her.”

When asked who he thought is playing a game, the manager replied: “Possibly Anna and Jordan because there seems like it’s a sexual tension thing but I’m not sure it goes much deeper.”

What is Chris Taylor’s biggest turn off in a woman?

The handsome chap dislikes woman who are very over the top and about their looks too much.

He remarked: “If that’s all you talk about, I’m not going to be interested. Extreme vanity, which is a bit ironic as I can be quite vain.”

What’s more, Chris is not shy about breaking up couples, although he does not want to be a “home wrecker”.

He said: “If people have a problem with it they need to realise it’s Love Island and not ‘coming in here and settling for second best’ island.”

How does Chris Taylor know Denise Welch?

His dad was once engaged to Denise Welch, who has appeared on Coronation Street and Loose Women.

Chris’ father was engaged to the star when he was 19, however, they are still close friends today.

“They’re still good family friends. I’ve met her a few times, she’s lovely,” he said of the actress.

When is Love Island on ITV2?

You can get your fix of the show every night on ITV2 from 9pm where the main programme, narrated by Iain Stirling, will give us the lowdown on all the goings-on in the villa – from couples cracking on to singletons getting mugged off.

Saturday night’s show differs from the rest of the week, as it is a round-up of all the best bits from the villa that week – and maybe some unseen footage.

If that’s not enough, you can also watch Caroline Flack‘s spin-off show Aftersun on Sunday nights at 10pm after the main show has aired, where she discusses the latest action with celebrity guests, as well as those eliminated from the villa.
