Tyler Crowley was played by actor Gregory Tyree Boyce, 30, in the first Twilight movie.
The actor portrayed a popular high school basketball star and lost control of his car in the school parking lot, almost killing Bella.

What happened to Gregory Tyree Boyce?
Boyce and his girlfriend Natalie Adepoju, 27, passed away on May 13, 2020 in a Las Vegas residence.
The pair reportedly died due to a fentanyl and cocaine intoxication and their deaths were ruled as accidental according to the medical examiner.
Twilight fans paid tribute to the actor on social media following the news of his death.

Another added: “Us fans will forever be grateful to you. My deepest condolences and prayers to you and your girlfriend’s family and friends. May you both fly high.”

Boyce is survived by his 10-year-old daughter Alaya.
Adepoju had a 4-year-old son named Egypt from a previous relationship.
The family of Adepoju created a GoFundMe account raise funds to transport her body from Vegas to Los Angeles.

The fundraiser’s description stated: “We are writing this letter to let you know that our loving daughter, niece, sister, cousin, and friend Natalie Adepoju suddenly passed away on May 13, 2020, in Las Vegas, NV.
“Currently, it is our wish to not disclose the cause. We ask that you respect the family’s wishes. However, due to the sudden passing and the need to bring Natalie home, we are asking if you can help with any monetary donation.
