Woman reveals ‘magic’ foot spray which allows her to wear heels for ‘6 hours straight with no pain’

A WOMAN has answered the prayers of high heel wearers everywhere, revealing how you can wear them without causing any more pain – but viewers are divided over the hack.

Posting to her TikTok account christyclips, Christy revealed she relied on one product to help stop the pain.

In the clip, Christy can be seen spraying Aspercreme Pain Relieving Creme with Lidocaine on her feet.

“My secret to wearing heels for more than six hours. It numbs away pain,” she said.

This spray helps to relieve pain by penetrating muscles and joints, providing numbing relief for hours.

While the exact product she used can be bought in the UK on Amazon and eBay, other sprays containing lidocaine can be bought from the chemist.

The video has proven to be popular on the app, which isn’t surprising considering how painful heels can be.

At the time of writing it had 9.5million views, with thousands of likes and comments.

People are divided over the hack, with some excited to try it for themselves and others labelling it as dangerous.

“A can of this should come with every pair of Loubitouns. Just saying,” one person commented.

“I need to try this. I’m tired of taking it like a champ,” said another.

A third person added: “It’s actually wild that we’re applying a topical anaesthetic to look hot… still gonna do it though.”

As we said, not everyone was happy with the idea, with many saying it should be avoided.

“You’re basically numbing the warning signs that you’re causing damage. I wouldn’t do this on a regular basis,” someone wrote.

“Pain is the body’s signal for change,” said another.

Someone else added: “No thanks. I’d rather know when my foot has reached its limit.”

According to the NHS, most adults and children can use lidocaine skin creams and sprays but advise not over-using them.

Lidocaine skin cream is not suitable for “the skin where you need to use the cream has cuts, rashes, eczema, bleeding and scabs, and if the skin feels sore”.
