SIMON Cowell, Louis Tomlinson, Robbie Williams and Ayda Field carshare to The X Factor auditions in an exclusive new teaser.
The funny clip, which features on Sunday’s episode of the new series, sees music mogul Simon cracking up as he forces Louis to listen to his own One Direction song in the car.
Simon has drafted in Louis, Robbie and Ayda as judges for the 2018 series, which kicks off on ITV tonight.
And, if the new teaser is anything to go by, the trio are already revelling in their new roles, as they enjoy a carpool karaoke ride to work.
Music mogul Simon is first seen picking up Louis, and wastes no time in putting on One Direction’s Live While We’re Young.
Sensing Louis’ confusion, the Syco owner asks: “Is it weird?”, causing Louis to quip: “Yeah it is actually, not gonna lie”, leaving Simon in hysterics.
Looking back at the band’s success however, Simon adds: “Every time I hear one of your songs I always feel sad about it, it brings back good memories.”
Ayda Field and husband Robbie Williams follow behind in a separate car, with the Angels hitmaker clearly unimpressed with the 1D song of choice.
As his wife dances along wildly, and even brands the group “the best boyband ever”, the singer sits grumpily in his seat and winces at Ayda’s singing.
However, Robbie soon perks up when Dolly Parton’s 9 To 5 plays next, and proceeds to unashamedly belt out the famous track en route.
Ayda, Robbie and Louis were confirmed as the new judges in July, as part of Simon’s “shake-up” to boost ratings.
The husband-and-wife duo are said to have signed a deal worth £10 million, while Louis, 26, is believed to have scooped £4 million.
Louis will no doubt be an asset to the contestants, having shot to fame on the show as part of One Direction in 2010.
The group, also featuring Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik, placed in third on the show, but went on to sell 50 million records worldwide before splitting in 2016.

Louis recently hinted that one of his famous bandmates may be giving him a hand in the later stages of the series.
He said at the launch last month: “I’ve had a few texts from the lads. They might be fighting for that seat at Judges’ Houses.”
The X Factor airs tonight and tomorrow at 8pm on ITV.
